WALK WITH ME IN JESUS' FOOTSTEPS

WELCOME TO JESUS FOOTSTEPS

Walk with me as I explore 'WHO IS JESUS' and 'WHY WE NEED JESUS' in our lives

**Why am I here? Who am I? What will happen when I die? These questions have intrigued people throughout the ages. The answers can be discovered by understanding God's plan of salvation and by getting to know Jesus Christ.

**Who Is Jesus? What Did He Do?

Jesus Christ, the Son of God, came into the world as a human being, lived a sinless life, died on the cross and rose from the dead to save humanity from dying in their sins.

Christ died to pay for our sins, your sins can be forgiven. And because He conquered death, you can have eternal life — you can know for sure what will happen to you after you die.

.As for me personally, I can't imagine my life without Him in the crazy world we live in. He is my daily strength and support with unbievable, unconditioal love. The joys He has given me are unmeasurable, with many lessons on enjoying friends and relationships as He taught all of us to do.

I can't express enough how much we all need to know Him and His Father to live a life of happiness and peace in these end times.

To learn about being 'Born Again' start with the page, 'SALVATION' why we need it and how to get it, then review other pages for to grow in your walk with Jesus.

Join us in growing in His spirit. It won't hurt you, your eternal life depends on it. Gain insight on what life is all about according to how God created it for us.

PLEASE "If you can't say anything nice, don't say anything at all".

Again in Romans Paul is asking for prayer for the Jews of Israel, the lost Jews that didn't accept Christ when He walked the earth. They are still among us today, and they need our prayers!!! If you know Jesus as your personal Savior share that news with others. If you don't have Jesus in your heart, please don't wa...it any longer. Life is so much easier when He is at your side. Yes, there will still be bumps in the road, but He will help you over them and you will grow stronger for it. Life is too short . . . Don't let satan steal your glory!!!

Proverbs 2:1-8
The Benefits of Wisdom
1 My child, listen to what I say,
and treasure my commands.
2 Tune your ears to wisdom,
... and concentrate on understanding.
3 Cry out for insight,
and ask for understanding.
4 Search for them as you would for silver;
seek them like hidden treasures.
5 Then you will understand what it means to fear the Lord,
and you will gain knowledge of God.
6 For the Lord grants wisdom!
From his mouth come knowledge and understanding.
7 He grants a treasure of common sense to the honest.
He is a shield to those who walk with integrity.
8 He guards the paths of the just
and protects those who are faithful to him.

The Value of a Friend
9 Two are better than one,
because they have a good reward for their labor.
10 For if they fall, one will lift up his companion.
But woe to him who is alone when he falls,
For he has no one to help him up.
11 Again, if two lie down together, they will keep warm;
But how can one be warm alone?
12 Though one may be overpowered by another, two can withstand him.
And a threefold cord is not quickly broken.
Ecclesiastes 4:9-12Julie Mar. 2010

I Took a bad fall, Thurs 8-5-10, off a bench I was standing on, landing on my back hitting the back of my head on the brick BBQ. Head was bleeding a lot. Very scary!!. Had to call 911. I had pain in my right shoulder and low back. They... did a c-scan of neck and head, and x-rays of my shoulder and back. When I first got in the ER, I started thanking Jesus for no broken bones & fast healing. He answered my prayers instantly. No broken bones and no stitches. I have been told I have a hard head, and praise God, when the Doc finally saw my head, I only crushed the tissue. I feel stiffness in my back, but not much more than usual. A little bent, but never broken . . .
What an awesome GOD we serve!!!

My Friend Julie . . .

I first met Julie in the mid-80’s at church.
Julie and I renewed our friendship in the early 2000’s in our mutual love for the Chihuahua’s. She enjoyed playing with the puppies which I shared with her whenever I had new babies. We also shared the adults. She loved Sasha, and before she left this world, Julie told me that Sasha told her she was going away. Sasha and Julie had a very special relationship and it grieved Julie very much to lose her.
Then there was Paco. Julie originally got him for her husband Arno, which was good, but Paco became Julie’s best friend.
We had so much fun together. In April of 2008 we took the puppies to a dog show in Vallejo. I think it was the first for Julie. She was so social with everyone who stopped to see the babies.
I remember a time she came to visit with apples from her apple tree. They were for me to make apple pies. I told Julie I didn’t do pie crusts. So, Julie got out the flour, shorting, and we made pie crusts. There was flour over most of my kitchen, but they turned out very good.
So many memories!
I think losing Julie will be a hole in my heart for many years to come. She was a sweet loving, sharing, giving person toward all she met. I can see Julie in heaven reunited with her Sasha . . .

1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2 He was in the beginning with God. 3 All things were made through Him, and without Him nothing was made that was made. 4 In Him was life, and the life was the light of men. 5 And the light shines in the darkness, and the darkness did not comprehend it.
14 And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we beheld His glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth.
(John 1:1-5,14)

Thanksgiving and Prayer

3) I thank my God every time I remember you. 4) In all my prayers for all of you, I always pray with joy 5) because of your partnership in the gospel from the first day until now, 6) being confident of this, that he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus.
7) It is right for me to feel this way about all of you, since I have you in my heart; for whether I am in chains or defending and confirming the gospel, all of you share in God's grace with me. 8) God can testify how I long for all of you with the affection of Christ Jesus.

9) And this is my prayer: that your love may abound more and more in knowledge and depth of insight, 10) so that you may be able to discern what is best and may be pure and blameless until the day of Christ, 11) filled with the fruit of righteousness that comes through Jesus Christ—to the glory and praise of God. (Philippians 1:3-11)

Hello to all. Knowing Jesus as our personal Savior is very important in these last days. The things we should be sharing with each other is how very close the return of Jesus for His Bride is. We need to check ourselves for anything that would keep us out of the Rapture. Simple everyday things, like our language . . . I have learned lately that using God's name in vain, such as 'oh my God' is a blaspheme in God's eyes. I am guilty of that and need to get God's forgiveness and do it no more. God is looking for a Church without a blemish or wrinkle. Remember blaspheme is the unpardonable sin!!! Think about it and check your life.
